Welcome. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are the agreement between you and us for everything you buy or access through darkdivinemuse.com(the “Site”) and the digital products sold under the Dark Divine Musename. By buying, downloading, or using anything we offer, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't purchase or use the products.

Our products are written for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use them. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. What you're buying

Dark Divine Muse sells digital products — written ebooks, audio narration, printable companion materials, and related digital content. Our current entry product, BUILD HER, includes:

• A digital book delivered as a downloadable / readable file
• An audio narration of the book
• Printable companion materials (sentence cards, stationery)
• Any future revisions or expansions we make to that product, at no extra charge

Everything is delivered digitally. Nothing physical is shipped. Access details and download links are sent to the email address you provide at checkout, usually within minutes of payment.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are shown on the Site at the time of purchase. Promotional and founding-reader prices are limited and may change or end at any time without notice; the price you pay is the price displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed by our checkout partner, Whop. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected at checkout based on your location, where required.

5. Delivery and access

Access is personal to you and tied to the email you use at checkout. Please use a valid email you can access. If you don't receive your product within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then email serena@darkdivinemuse.com and we'll make it right.

6. License and acceptable use

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read, listen to, and use it for your own personal use. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, share, or redistribute the product or your access to it
• Copy, post, upload, or publish the content publicly or to any sharing platform
• Reproduce or repurpose the content to create a competing or derivative product

Sharing or distributing access may result in termination of your access without a refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and within our products — text, writing, audio, photography, design, the Dark Divine Muse and Serena names and marks, and all related materials — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Buying a product gives you a license to use it, not ownership of it.

We back our products with a 14-day money-back guarantee. The full terms — what's covered and how to request a refund — are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

9. No guaranteed results & not professional advice

Our products are self-help and storytelling materials created for personal growth and entertainment. They are not therapy, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Any stories, examples, or outcomes shared on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of any specific result. What you get out of the work depends on you. If you are struggling with your mental health or in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

We rely on trusted third parties to run the Site and deliver products — including Whop (checkout and access), Vercel (hosting), and our email and analytics providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites we may link to.

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dark Divine Muse and Costa Payments LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you actually paid for that product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dark Divine Muse, Costa Payments LLC, and its members and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the products or your breach of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may also be communicated by email or on the Site. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be subject to the competent courts located in Wyoming, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
