Read it. Try it for 14 days. If by Day 14 you haven't felt the floor under you shift, email us and we'll refund your purchase in full. You keep the book. No form, no questions.
How to request a refund
Within 14 days of your purchase, email serena@darkdivinemuse.com from the email address you used at checkout and let us know you'd like a refund. That's it — you don't need to explain why.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to your original payment method through our checkout partner, Whop. Once approved, please allow a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Refunds are made in the original currency of purchase (USD).
A note on digital products
Our products are delivered digitally and instantly. Because we can't “take back” a download, this 14-day guarantee is a goodwill promise we offer on top of any rights you may have under applicable law. After 14 days, purchases are generally final, but if something went wrong — a broken link, a file you couldn't open, a double charge — always reach out and we'll fix it.
Abuse of the guarantee
The guarantee is meant for genuine readers. We reserve the right to decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeated buy-and-refund activity or unauthorized sharing of the content.
